Terms & Conditions – 77super: Platform Rules and Guidelines

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any service available on the platform 77super (available at 77super.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each game or betting mode available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 77super. Continued use of the platform after updates to these Terms and Conditions are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new versions.

Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an active account on 77super, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Not be on any active gambling self-exclusion list;
• Not be an employee, representative, or immediate family member of a 77super collaborator;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Each user may hold only one account on 77super. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using the same CPF or different details to gain undue advantages, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be closed and balances may be retained pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The 77super is required to verify the identity of its users before processing the first withdrawal and whenever there are signs of irregular account activity. The verification process requires submission of:

• Government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport);
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Unverified accounts may have limited functionality, including withdrawal restrictions. Identity verification is also required for 77super's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.

Deposits

The 77super accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix — instant, available 24/7, minimum deposit of R$ 10.00;
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 business day, subject to banking hours;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo accepted;
• PicPay — via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — via digital wallet;
• TED Transfer — supported by major Brazilian banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and Caixa Econômica Federal.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. Deposits from third parties are not accepted — the payment method used must be registered under the same name as the account holder at 77super. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The 77super does not charge fees on deposits, but fees charged by the user's financial institution may apply depending on the payment method chosen. The platform has no control over these fees.

Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal at 77super, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC complete);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• The balance to be withdrawn must come from bets and games placed on the platform, not solely from a direct deposit with no wagering activity;
• Bonuses with pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval by the payments team at 77super. In cases requiring additional review for security or compliance reasons, the deadline may be extended by up to 3 business days. The 77super reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals of significant amounts.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, always to an account in the name of the account holder at 77super. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

The 77super offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and periodic promotions for registered users. Each bonus has its own specific terms published on the offer page. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Welcome bonuses are valid for new registrations only — once per CPF;
• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawing the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer;
• Bets with very low odds (below 1.50 on single bets) generally do not count toward rollover requirements — check the terms of each promotion;
• Unused bonuses that expire within the validity period are automatically cancelled;
• The 77super reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 77super cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and more), volleyball, basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and many other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting on the platform:

Bet Confirmation and Cancellation

A bet is considered confirmed when the 77super displays a confirmation on screen and the amount is deducted from the balance. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except in specific cases where the Cash Out feature is available.

Invalid Bets

A bet may be declared invalid and the amount returned to the user's balance in the following situations:

• Event cancelled before it starts;
• Technical error in odds publication;
• Event not completed in accordance with the competition's rules;
• Odds published with a manifest error (odds clearly outside market standards).

Live Odds

Live betting odds change in real time as match events unfold. The 77super may temporarily suspend live markets during key moments in the game (goals, penalties, red cards). Bets confirmed before the odds suspension will be honored.

Casino & Games

The casino at 77super includes slots, crash games, Live Casino with real dealers, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and game shows. The following conditions apply to casino games:

• All digital games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors;
• Live Casino games are operated by licensed, internationally audited third-party providers;
• The theoretical RTP (return to player) for each game is published on the game's page and varies by game type;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round, the round may be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to the balance;
• Live game results are determined by real physical events (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and cannot be altered by either party.

The use of any automated software (bots), scripts, or systems to play at the 77super is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using automation will have their bets cancelled and may be permanently closed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials on 77super. To keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 77super account;
• Never share your password with anyone;
• Do not access your account from public devices or networks without a VPN;
• Enable two-factor authentication when available;
• Notify 77super support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The 77super will never ask for your password via email, chat, phone, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, it is a phishing attempt — do not respond and contact our support team immediately.

The 77super is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's failure to keep their credentials secure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 77super and may result in account suspension or closure, bet cancellation, and balance retention pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain undue advantages;
• Use of privileged information in Sports Betting;
• Match-fixing or attempted match-fixing;
• Use of automated software (bots) for betting or gaming;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal activity;
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Systematic bet arbitrage aimed at guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome;
• Any attempt to defraud or deceive 77super or other users;
• Use of a VPN or other means to mask your location and circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward any member of the 77super team.

Responsible Gambling

The 77super is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment that carry real financial risk — they should never be seen as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

The responsible gambling tools available on 77super include:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits to control your spending;
